At the Gathering last Sunday a number of people who brought old photo albums had a common question - "Do you know who these people are in this picture?" Here is a photo where we are trying to identify everyone. This photo was submitted by Mary Kennedy Dean and it was likely taken in the yard at 1 View Street in Worcester. I am only giving you a guess. Marion O'Leary looks to be about 10 years old and she was born in 1910. #2 could be Peggy McCarthy Rafferty, #6 could be Mary Jane Kennedy Gaitings. I was born in 1932 so I can't think of who else was around there in about 1920. Possibly Bill and Jim Fay. Justin
I have added the names Uncle Justin indicated to the post. Since he is unsure, I have left the names in italics. If anyone else can confirm or suggest alternates please let me know!
My father appears to be about (give or take) six years old in the picture (he was born in 1912); my aunt MaryJane Gaitings was born in 1917, so #6 cannot be MaryJane.
Quite a mystery and another reminder to label all our pictures!
